SK POS is designed for business use. User accounts are created and managed exclusively by an administrator through the admin panel — there is no self-registration within the app.

By using the SK POS app, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Account Credentials

To log in to the app, you use credentials created by your administrator. The only personal information associated with your account is:

• Email address — used as your login identifier
• Password — stored securely in encrypted form

What We Do NOT Collect

SK POS is built with minimal data collection in mind. We do not collect or access:

• Location or GPS data
• Contacts, call logs, or SMS messages
• Device storage, photos, or media files
• Microphone or audio recordings
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data
• Any biometric information

SK POS requests access to your device's camera for a single purpose:

The camera is activated only when you initiate a barcode scan within the app. We do not capture, store, or transmit photographs or video. No images from the camera are saved to your device or uploaded to any server. The camera feed is processed in real-time solely to decode barcode data.

The limited data we collect is used only for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Verifying your identity when you log in to the app
• App Functionality: Enabling POS features such as sales, inventory management, and barcode scanning
• Account Management: Allowing administrators to manage user access through the admin panel
• Security: Preventing unauthorized access to accounts and business data

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With Your Administrator: Account details are visible to the admin who manages your account through the admin panel
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
• Service Infrastructure: With hosting and server providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your account information, including:

• Encrypted password storage (hashing)
• Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
• Access controls and authentication safeguards
• Regular security reviews

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your account credentials are retained for as long as your account remains active in the system. When an administrator removes your account from the admin panel, your login credentials are deleted from our servers.

Business transaction data (sales, inventory records) is managed separately through the admin panel and is not linked to your personal identity beyond your login email.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request details about what information is stored about you
• Correction: Ask for updates to inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request that your account and associated data be removed
• Withdraw: Stop using the app at any time
